What we actually do, spelled out.

No vague solution language. Each practice describes the work we perform, the frameworks we work under, and the form an engagement takes — assessment, implementation, advisory, or training.

Accelerated ATO

We build and accelerate authorization packages end to end: system categorization, control selection and tailoring, control implementation statements written in language assessors accept, evidence strategy and collection, POA&M management, and continuous-monitoring design. Work aligns to NIST 800-53 and RMF practice, with FedRAMP-aware delivery and ICD 503 support where applicable. We then turn what we built into reusable templates, dashboards, and workflow automation so the second authorization is faster than the first.

90–180 daysAccelSecure™ targets operational authority in a fraction of the legacy 12–24 month timeline.
Up to 70% fasterAutomation, pre-built templates, and cloud-native control mapping cut the time authorization takes.
Revenue unlocked soonerFor vendors, the ATO is the gate to federal revenue — every month saved pulls go-to-market forward a month.
Less burn while you waitAuthorization delay means paying a full engineering team against a system no one can use yet. Shorten the wait, shrink the bill.
AccelSecure™ Engagement Tiers

One framework. Three ways in.

The ROI of speed

What months are worth.

Traditional authorization runs 12–24 months. AccelSecure™ engagements target 90–180 days — up to 70% faster. Slide your numbers in and watch what the difference is worth to your program.

Illustrative math — your team, your rates. The 90–180-day and up-to-70%-faster figures are the AccelSecure™ targets described in the tiers above.

TIME TO AUTHORIZATION
Traditional — 18 months
AccelSecure™ — 5.4 months

Every month a system waits on paperwork is a month of capability the mission doesn’t have — and a month of team cost with nothing fielded.

ServiceNow Platform Services

Platform assessment is the front door: current-state review of instance health, technical debt, security posture (including ACLs), integrations, and upgrade readiness, delivered as findings with severity, confidence, and a prioritized roadmap. From there we implement — GRC/IRM, SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB governance, CSM — and build custom applications on App Engine, including AI agents and automated compliance and ATO workflows on the platform. We staff certified administrators, developers, and architects, and we advise platform owners who need a second opinion before a major investment.

Cybersecurity & Secure Cloud Operations

Cyber program support and governance, security engineering, vulnerability management, incident/change/problem management, and secure cloud operations — including 24/7 operational delivery. We write the documentation accreditors expect, run the operational rhythms auditors test, and automate the security processes that burn analyst hours.

AI Modernization

Practical, governed AI for organizations that cannot afford hallucinated answers: workflow automation, knowledge management, decision-support tools, AI-enabled reporting, and AI agents in platforms like ServiceNow — always with human-in-the-loop governance and an operating model your compliance function can sign. We start with the process, not the model.

Low-to-High & Cross-Domain Delivery

Mission software rarely gets built where it runs. We design secure development workflows in unclassified or lower environments with controlled, validated promotion into restricted ones: packaging, validation, deployment planning, environment separation, and compliance-aware DevSecOps — the discipline behind AscendBridge™, our low-to-high pipeline framework. Support for classified or restricted environments where authorized.

Program & Delivery Leadership

Federal program management, Agile and Scrum delivery, program controls, risk and issue management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management — the leadership layer that keeps technical teams accountable and contracts performing.

Training

Instructor-led technical training — ServiceNow, cybersecurity, RMF/ATO, and cloud — delivered as bootcamps and structured courses for corporate and government teams, including cleared workforce development. Our instructors have delivered for federal prime contractor teams; training can stand alone or run alongside an implementation so your staff learns on your own systems.

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us

01

Fixed-scope assessment

Two to four weeks. Findings with severity and confidence, a prioritized roadmap, and a briefing. The lowest-risk way to start.

02

Delivery sprint

A defined outcome — an ATO package, a module implementation, a migration — delivered by a named team on a fixed cadence.

03

Embedded team

Cleared engineers and leads inside your program, under your direction, with our playbooks and our accountability.

04

Advisory retainer

A senior operator on call for platform owners and security leadership — architecture reviews, AO-briefing prep, and second opinions before major spend. Scaled to what you actually need, not a bench you're subsidizing.

Questions we get

Straight answers

How does an engagement usually start?
With a short, fixed-scope assessment — platform, security posture, or accreditation readiness. You get findings with severity and confidence, and a prioritized roadmap. Then you decide what, if anything, to do next with us.
Can you work in classified environments?
Yes, where authorized — our model is built around cleared delivery, low-to-high development, and the documentation discipline those environments demand. Specifics depend on your program's requirements.
Do you work remote or on-site?
Both. Assessment and advisory work travels well; classified delivery happens where the mission requires. We staff to the program's reality, not our preference.
How fast can you start?
Assessments can typically start within two weeks. Cleared staffing timelines depend on clearance crossover — which we manage as part of the placement, not as your problem.
How do you price?
Fixed price for assessments, time-and-materials or firm-fixed-price for delivery, straightforward rate cards for staffing. No mystery multipliers — you'll see the structure before you sign anything.
Do you hold contract vehicles?
We work as a subcontractor and teaming partner today, with registrations and certifications in progress that we'll state here the day they're verified — not before. Ask us directly for current status.
Engage

Start with an assessment.

Most engagements begin with a short, fixed-scope assessment that ends in findings and a roadmap — you know exactly what you're buying before committing to more.
